my recent stay at the park plaza riverbank was exceptional. the room was modern and well-equipped, with convenient electric controls for lights and curtains. the river view was stunning, and the sauna/steam room was a nice addition. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary water bottles. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a pleasant stay despite some minor inconveniences.

Loved the chill vibes of the hotel, rooms were stunning, and the location was prime, easy Riverbank access. Bonus points for the surprise suite upgrade and the complimentary drinks at Chino bar, truly the icing on the cake. The bed was super cozy, and the shower was top-notch, adding to the relaxation. Pool water was a tad cool, but the sauna was fab and steam room hit the spot. Great spot! 🌟

The Executive Lounge - My stay was elevated by the delightful Executive Lounge, offering stunning waterfront views and an extensive selection of drinks and snacks. It felt like being at a friend's glamorous house party, except the friend is a top-tier concierge!

Short kettle lead - The lead to the kettle in the room was not very long, which meant we had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it, which is not ideal.

During my recent business trip to London, my director chose Park Plaza for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the brand-new fitness centre. The state-of-the-art facilities included free weights, a pre-and post-workout stretching area, and a range of TechnoGym weight resistance and cardiovascular machines, all of which helped me maintain my fitness routine on the go. It was a great way to kickstart my busy days in London's vibrant South Bank.

The service did not live up to the high standard we've paid for our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the staff, particularly Halina at check-in, were extremely friendly and welcoming. the room was spacious and perfect for my needs, as I had some work to do. the powerful shower was a bonus. While there was no mini bar, having a Tesco Express next door was convenient for getting snacks and fruit. the check-out process was quick and easy. the concierge service, especially AJ and Jack, was excellent and went above and beyond to assist me. the location was great, just a short walk from the Tate and close to Vauxhall station. the hotel also catered well to families, with thoughtful touches like steps up to the reception desk for children. the views from my 14th-floor room were absolutely spectacular. the room facilities were wonderful, and any issues, such as a faulty remote control, were promptly resolved. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the window view.

the hotel is super clean - with modern facilities. it's so close to vauxhall tube station, and we could easily stroll to attractions. the staff are lovely, and we got a digital key for our door on the app - so handy! the upgrade and complimentary breakfast for our anniversary was such a sweet surprise.

Can't recommend highly enough

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for my dad who was in a wheelchair. They went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. the location of the hotel, just within walking distance of Vauxhall underground station, with a bus stop outside the door, was ideal. the entrance was pretty and the view from the room was amazing, overlooking the river. the central neighborhood made it easy to explore attractions like Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Churchill War Rooms.

One thing that could be improved is the outdated bathroom that lacks privacy. the hotel should work on facilitating requests like providing a cot for babies promptly.

The POTUS Bar & Restaurant served up some beef dishes fit for a royal feast! The culinary journey was epic. Plus, the room boasted amazing Thames views and comfy digs. The guest services team was top-notch and the spa was pure bliss. Cons: My 'river view room' on the 4th floor was more like a 'tree view'—Big Ben & pals were hidden! room cleaning only happened once—no coffee top-ups! But hey, London vibes still sparkled! 🇬🇧☕

the view from our room was absolutely amazing, with panoramic windows in the bedroom and a massive balcony. We could see MI5, Westminster, Big Ben, and the London Eye from our room, which was breathtaking. the room itself was clean, large, and very comfortable for our family of four. the location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Southbank, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend Park Plaza London Riverbank!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised! The location was perfect for me as it was close to the train tracks for getting to Waterloo station and near Vauxhall underground station. Despite being close to transportation, it was in a quiet area of the city. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available 24 hours a day. The welcome drink was a nice touch and I appreciated the staff's willingness to provide tours/ticket assistance. The room was well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating/air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and service.
